I'm trying to install a PHP script on my site, everything works, except when you want to use ffmpeg, I think the wrong way. Any ideas on how to find the right way?

Unsure of their host has ffmpeg installed? Encode video and processor intensive. Therefore, not all computers have installed by default. I bet very few do. If the host allows it, it seems that you have to install it yourself.
If you can find someone to tell FFmpeg on your server, prolly can tell you the location (where you take on the server) too.
