I sell VPS servers and dedicated servers sell. What are some places you can advertise for free and what are some places you can pay for ads?

Try advertising in the forums that may have a potential audience of buying ad space by the Forum owners. You could advertise in your local city city in a newspaper or magazine. You can also sponsor events, etc.
