What would it take to rent a server for streaming video of the community?

Do you know of any quality companies that provide a wealth of storage space and enough bandwidth (or whatever is necessary) so that playback is smooth for most viewers simultaneously. I can afford about $ 300. 00 of a month to start, for servers. Any help is greatly appreciated.
